This is your healing journey. We will move at a pace that you feel most comfortable with. Please know, that the most important part of the work that we do together will take place outside of our sessions - as you use and practice the tools that you learn in therapy in your everyday life.
You will be an active participant contributing to your well-being. I will be there to guide and inform you along the way. Therapy is a truly amazing process, and I will be there to support you for every step.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. This means that I will consider every aspect of your experience as we work closely together. We will work to increase your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns that are present in the challenges that you are experiencing.
I will use the blend of approaches that will be the most helpful to you. These approaches may include EMDR, ART, mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Enneagram informed therapy, and meditation.
My ultimate goal is to provide you with tools and mind-body healing techniques that will allow for self-empowerment and holistic healing.
