Educational Background

Hi, I'm Trish Bertrand (she/her)
I'm a mental health therapist (LPC), and owner of Healing Reimagined Counseling, PLLC. I am committed to providing a healing space that allows you to heal by attaining the tools, knowledge, and support that you need.
I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about remembering what’s been there all along. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with holistic, mind–body practices to help you reconnect with your emotions, your body, and your sense of self.
Together, we’ll use tools like EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness, and somatic awareness, and healing sounds to help your nervous system feel safe again.
As a trauma-informed and holistic therapist, my work is guided by values of compassion, authenticity, and connection. Clients often tell me our sessions feel grounding and real...a place where they can finally let go.
If you’re ready to stop carrying invisibility and begin rediscovering who you are beneath survival mode, I’d be honored to help.

About EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is an extensively researched psychotherapy method that has been proven to help people heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. EMDR uses eye movements, or other types of bilateral stimulation, to allow the brain to resume its natural healing process.

About ART

ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) is a form of therapy used to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, and OCD. ART uses visualization techniques along with attention to how the body is affected by distressing images and memories. Rapid eye movements, similar to REM that is experienced when dreaming, are used to help the brain to reprogram how those images and memories are stored.
