As a holistic practitioner, I incorporate trauma informed breathwork, meditation, and sound healing as holistic strategies to help us create safety in the body and spirit.
During our work together, we can explore if you would like to include these strategies, and which may work best for you. I can guide you through meditation, utilize sound healing, or help you to connect to your breath to ground you in the present moment.
For those who request it, Reiki energy healing touch can help balance your energy centers, and release anxiety. Reiki sessions can be scheduled outside of your therapy session, but are not included within the the therapeutic hour.
Reiki is a form of energy healing touch therapy that involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner’s palms to the client. The Reiki energy focuses on the healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
