Welcome to Offline Connection

A Community Gathering Series by Healing Reimagined

Gather. Connect. Belong.

Finding genuine connection as an adult can feel surprisingly hard. Many people long for community that feels natural, calm, and real...spaces where they don’t have to perform, explain themselves, or rush intimacy.

That's why we created Offline Connection - a community event series through Healing Reimagined.

Our community offerings are an invitation to slow down and connect in a more human way. These aren't therapy groups. They are in-person gatherings designed to support authentic connection, nervous-system safety, and a sense of belonging.

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

Our Community Events Are:

Facilitated with Care  These gatherings are created and facilitated by Trish Bertrand, LPC - a trauma-informed therapist who understands what it takes to create safe, welcoming spaces where people can show up as they are.

Intentionally Small  We keep our gatherings intimate (typically 6-12 people) so that real connection can happen. You won't get lost in a crowd.

Depth Over Surface  We skip the small talk and create space for conversations that matter. You'll leave knowing you've been truly seen and heard.

No Pressure  Come to one event or come to many. There's no membership, no commitment - just an open invitation to show up when it feels right.

Comfortable & Welcoming  Events are held in our modern, living-room style gathering space at Healing Reimagined - designed specifically for connection and conversation (not clinical therapy rooms). Think cozy seating, warm lighting, and good coffee.

Coming Up:

Coffee & Connection for Women Saturday, March 28th | 10:00am | Casual morning connection over coffee.

Cost: $7. Limited to 8 participants

Who Are These Events For?

Offline Connection events are for anyone who:

  • Desires a sense of community and belonging

  • Wants to make genuine friendships but doesn't know where to start

  • Appreciates gentle ways to engage socially without pressure or expectation

  • Has moved to a new area and is looking to build community

  • Works from home and misses in-person connection

  • Wants to practice showing up authentically in relationships

  • Simply wants to meet other kind, thoughtful humans

Many people attend alone, and that’s not only okay, it’s common. Showing up solo often creates space for more organic connection.

What to Expect

Each gathering is designed with intention and care. While the format may vary, you can generally expect:

  • Leading prompts or shared activities to ease connection

  • A relaxed pace with room to observe or participate

  • Clear boundaries that support emotional safety

  • A welcoming atmosphere that values respect and inclusion

There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. You get to choose how you participate.

Some gatherings are playful and light. Others are reflective and grounding. All are rooted in the belief that meaningful connection happens best when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to be a therapy client to attend? Not at all. Offline Connection events are open to everyone in the community. You don't need to be in therapy or have any connection to Healing Reimagined to join us.

What if I'm nervous about coming alone? That’s completely understandable. Many people feel some nervousness at first. Often, that softens once you arrive and realize others are showing up with similar hopes and curiosity.

Are these therapy groups? No. These are social connection events, not therapy. While they're facilitated by a therapist who brings care and intentionality to creating safe spaces, the purpose is friendship and community, not clinical treatment.

What if I sign up but then feel anxious about attending? That's completely normal. If you're feeling nervous, you can email trish@healingre-imagined.com before the event. Sometimes just naming the anxiety helps. And remember - everyone there is showing up with some vulnerability. You're not alone in that.

Can I bring a friend? Absolutely. Some events are designed for people coming solo, but you're always welcome to bring a friend. Just make sure you both register.

How do I stay updated on upcoming events? You can check back on this page regularly, follow Healing Reimagined on [Instagram/Facebook], or email trish@healingre-imagined.com to be added to our event announcement list.
