Hi, I'm Trish Bertrand (she/her)

I am committed to creating a healing space that allows you to heal by attaining the tools, knowledge, and support that you need. My holistic approach honors the mind-body connection. This will help you to gain a better understanding of yourself, and facilitate the healing process. I use evidenced base approaches such as EMDR, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

When aligned with the client's needs, preferences, and goals, I also incorporate mind-body-spirit approaches such as meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, breathwork, and Reiki.
