Counseling and EMDR sessions are 50 minutes long.

I offer both in-person and tele- heath sessions depending upon the needs of the client.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. It is my policy to collect the full session fee for missed appointments.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if you and I may work well together.
